Mail Club ships the first week of every month. Members who sign up on or before the 20th of the month will receive that month's print. This gives us time to order prints and assemble letters in time.

Example: A new member who subscribes between Sep. 1st-Sep. 20th will receive September’s collection, which will be shipped by October 7th. If a subscriber signs up on Sep. 21st, they will receive  their first letter in November.

Subscribers have access to a customer portal where you can pause, cancel, or edit your shipping information at any time. You can access this at the top of the homepage toolbar.

Please do so before the 20th of each month to ensure I send your letter to the correct address!

It’s called snail mail for a reason, so letters can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your mail doesn’t arrive by the end of the month, please reach out to us at marygrace.curran@gmail.com and we’ll either resend your letter or refund you for the month. Please also review your receipt to confirm your address is correct.
